is an electrical engineer and well-known skeptic who has been
investigating "free energy" claims for years. Eric's
role as HSG Ombudsman will be to serve as a "third-party"
mediator for any disputes between the Moderator and List Members.
His presence here should help to bolster HSG's reputation
as a world-class academic e-mail list and not just a forum
